Terms of Service

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and San Antonio Cleaning LLC. By booking a service with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Service Guarantee and Refund Policy

San Antonio Cleaning LLC stands behind the quality of its work. If you are not satisfied with your cleaning, you must notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We will dispatch a team to re-clean the specific areas of concern at no additional cost. To maintain the highest quality of service and fair compensation for our teams, we do not offer cash refunds. Our satisfaction guarantee ensures that we will correct any issues until the job meets our professional standards.

2. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

When a service is booked, a dedicated time slot is reserved for your property. To respect our staff’s schedule and operational costs, the following fees apply to all changes. Cancellations or rescheduling made with more than 48 hours notice will incur no charge. Cancellations or rescheduling made between 24 and 48 hours of the scheduled service will incur a 50.00 USD administrative fee. Cancellations or lock-outs occurring with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50 percent of the total estimated job cost.

3. Payment and Credit Card Authorization

To secure a booking, a valid credit card must be maintained on file. San Antonio Cleaning LLC does not charge your card until the service is completed. However, a pre-authorization hold may be placed on the card 24 hours before the service to ensure funds are available. All transactions are processed securely via Stripe.

4. Biohazards and Safety Conditions

For the safety of our staff, we do not clean human or animal waste, including feces, urine, vomit, or blood. We also do not clean heavy mold, insect or rodent infestations, or hoarding-level clutter. If our cleaners encounter these conditions, they are instructed to skip the affected area or leave the premises. In such cases, the full service fee remains applicable.

5. Climate Control and Texas Heat Policy

To protect the health and safety of our cleaners, the service location must have functional air conditioning. During summer months, the thermostat must be set to 75 degrees Fahrenheit or lower. If a property is determined to be dangerously hot, we reserve the right to cancel the service, and standard cancellation fees may apply.

6. Pet Policy

San Antonio Cleaning LLC is a pet-friendly company, provided that pets are non-aggressive and do not disrupt the cleaning process. We are not responsible for pets that escape the property if they are not properly secured by the owner during the duration of the service.

7. Liability and Damaged Items

San Antonio Cleaning LLC is fully bonded and insured. Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of service completion with supporting photographic evidence. We are not liable for standard wear and tear, including brittle blinds or loose fixtures. Our liability is limited to the repair or actual replacement value of the damaged item.
